Often referred to as ‘psychological acupressure,’ the Emotional Freedom Technique aims to release emotional blockages using tapping techniques. This non-invasive technique uses tapping points on the top of your head, around your eyes, beneath your nose, chin, underarm, and on your collarbone.
EFT stimulates our energy channels (meridian points) using tapping, rather than needles, in conjunction with programming and positive affirmations, combining psychological interventions and energy medicine.
